Nohmia is a marketing and sales consultancy targeted towards smaller suppliers and SMEs working in the space sector. The company was founded by James Barrington-Brown, who has had extensive experience in international space sales and marketing.
Bidding for and negotiating ESA, EU and BNSC contracts is littered with hurdles and barriers that need to be navigated. To keep ahead of the competition, it is crucial to be actively monitoring the various information sources to ensure that you are aware when tenders are to be released well in advance. This allows consortia formation and assessment of the strengths of the competitors to occur while the ITT is still in the preparation phase and the personnel involved in the bid are not yet constrained by the formal Q&A procedure required once the Request for Proposal is released.
Nohmia offers the EMITS Assistant service. EMITS Assistant is a graded support structure tailored to the demanding requirements of European Space Agency business development. It can range from simple market intelligence related to forthcoming ESA ITTs to a complete service where Nohmia can form consortia, perform bid management and act on behalf of the client in bid negotiations.
Three levels of service are offered EMITS Express, Excel and Executive. All new clients start at the EMITS Express service, progressing to the higher levels of service as and when more intensive marketing and sales support is required.

Located in Bishop's Stortford, the office is 10 minutes from the M11 Motorway and London's Stanstead airport and a 40 minute train journey from central London.
